Start Your Own Trucking Co.
There are many ways to break into and make good money in the freight industry.
One of the most effective ways of doing both is by starting your own trucking company!
We will have all of your filings and paperwork completed within 7 business days and your trucking company will be active within 21 days!
The Process:
LLC Biz. Entity Filing
This is the 1st step to setting up your trucking company and is a mandatory step.
EIN Filing
An Employer Identification Number (EIN) is also known as a Federal Tax Identification Number, and is used to identify a business entity.
FMCSA Authority Application
We will complete your FMCSA authority application within 48 hours of purchase.
BOC-3 Filing
We will file for your BOC-3.
This filing will ensure that you have a documented process server on file in every state.
This is a mandatory filing and will ensure that the FMCSA has a point of contact for your authority for every state in the U.S., in the event of a claim or lawsuit.
UCR Filing
This is a mandatory filing. This filing was created by the Unified Carrier Registration Act of 2005 (UCR Act - 49 United States Code (USC) section 14504a), it replaces the former system for registering and collecting fees from the operators of vehicles engaged in interstate travel – the Single State Registration System (SSRS).
Insurance Activation
We will assist you in getting a commercial insurance quote at the lowest price possible.
Disclaimer:
Due to variables that will affect insurance quotes, it is impossible to predict your down payment amount.
(Variables consist of: age, location, MVR, accidents, tickets, DL class, etc.)
For this reason, this package DOES NOT cover your commercial insurance down payment.
Ins. Quote Expectations:
In our experience, a "decent" commercial insurance quote for a BOX TRUCK with a driver 25+ years of age, with a clean MVR will be $1300 - $1600 on average with a $2000 - $4000 policy down payment.
If you are looking to "COOK" your MC# (age your authority without actually running any freight), your rates can be as low as $400 per mo. (on average) with a $500 policy down payment.
